Helping young people at risk of disengaging with their learning

WAGS is an evidence based early intervention program that uses a strengths based approach and trauma-informed care principles,
to work with dogs and young people to:

Develop social skills.

Model healthy relationships.

Provide real-time, immediate feedback to social cues.

Return touch to the therapeutic setting.

WAGS is also used as a therapeutic treatment for young people who have experienced trauma as a result of abuse, neglect or family dysfunction.
